Red Ranger Straight Run

The Red Ranger is a large bodied Dual-purpose Hybrid. Rangers are bred and raised primarily for meat production, however, hens of this breed will live to produce on average 200+ eggs yearly. Where as Broilers are usually grown as mixed-sex flocks in large sheds under intensive conditions, Rangers can be grown as free-range flocks. It will take about 4 weeks longer for this bird to mature to processing size.
